CMIS is an integrated Personnel Management and Payroll System of Manipur Government. It has completely superceded the erstwhile MGEL/CPIS. It is also a major component of IFMS – Integrated Finance Management System of Government of Manipur.

CMIS password policy is updated to align with the Government of India’s (GoI) security guidelines. Please note the following changes:

– You will be prompted to change your password on your next login.

– Subsequently, passwords must be reset every 90 days to maintain account security.

Please make sure to update your password accordingly. If you need assistance or have questions, contact CMIS team.

Provision for Officiating/In-charge officials is now available in CMIS.

1. HoD office :- In transfer module, select the Option “In-Charge”. This option is not available for transfers across departments.

2. DDO office :- Under DDO Assistant login, map the employee to the post he is holding in-charge of.
