Dr. Shrestha is an internationally renowned pioneer within the field of Ayurveda as the first female Ayurvedic Physician in Nepal. She’s an Ayurvedic OB/Gyn (obstetrics and gynecology) specializing in ayurveda women’s health for more than 40 years in Nepal and has taught 1000s of students around the world. Dr. Shrestha is considered the “Mother of Ayurveda” and offers free and low-cost treatment to the women of Nepal.
