2. SCOPE OF SERVICES
pcachary.in/ acts as a multi-service digital gateway providing access to:
- GST & Financial Services: Registration, filing, bookkeeping, and CA certifications via the GST Suvidha Center network.
- Government to Customer (G2C) Services: PAN, Passport, Aadhaar corrections, and various certificates.
- Banking & Loans: Facilitation of Mudra loans, personal/business loans, and money transfers.
- Information Content: RSS Feed news, books, and stories.
- Affiliate Commerce: An affiliate shop platform for consumer durables and other items.
Relationship Disclosure: You acknowledge that while Purna Chandra Achary is a Channel Partner of GST Suvidha Centers, the actual backend processing of GST and financial tasks is performed by the GST Suvidha Center’s backend team (170+ members) and authorized GSPs (GST Suvidha Providers).
3. ELIGIBILITY FOR SERVICES AND FRANCHISE
To use our services or apply for a GST Suvidha Center franchise through us, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 18 years of age.
- You possess the legal authority to create a binding legal obligation.
- If applying for a franchise, you meet the minimum requirement of being a 12th Pass and possess the necessary infrastructure (Office space, Internet, Computer/Mobile).
- All information supplied by you on this Website is true, accurate, current, and complete.
4. SERVICE-SPECIFIC TERMS
4.1 GST and Tax Services
- Accuracy of Data: The client is solely responsible for the accuracy of the data (invoices, receipts, income details) provided to us for GST or ITR filing.
- Deadlines: While we strive to meet all government deadlines, we are not liable for penalties incurred due to the client providing documents late (less than 5 working days before the deadline).
- Professional Fees: Our rates are “reasonable and nominal” as stated; however, any government-imposed fees, late marks, or taxes are over and above our service charges.
4.2 Loan and Banking Facilitation
- No Guarantee of Approval: pcachary.in/ facilitates loan applications (Mudra, Business, Personal). We do not guarantee loan approval, as the final decision rests solely with the banking institution or lender.
- Information Sharing: By applying, you authorize us to share your credit data with partner banks and NBFCs.
4.3 Insurance Services
- We act as a facilitator for various insurance sectors (Health, Vehicle, Life). The contract of insurance is between the insurance company and the insured. Users must read the policy “Fine Print” before purchasing.
4.4 RSS Feeds and Content
- The news, books, and stories provided via RSS feeds are for informational purposes only. We do not own the intellectual property of third-party news sites and are not responsible for the accuracy of external content.
5. USER OBLIGATIONS AND PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
Users agree not to:
- Use the Website for any fraudulent or speculative purposes.
- Submit forged documents for GST or Loan applications.
- Engage in “screen scraping,” “database scraping,” or any other activity with the purpose of obtaining lists of users or other information.
- Access the website’s backend code or attempt to bypass security measures.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
The logos, branding, text, and graphics related to pcachary.in/ and the GST Suvidha Center brand are protected by copyright and trademark laws.
- ”GST Suvidha Center” is a trademark of its respective parent company.
- Purna Chandra Achary holds the right to use these marks as an authorized Channel Partner (WB 093).

7. PAYMENTS AND REFUND POLICY
- Service Fees: Fees for GST registration, ITR filing, and other G2C services must be paid in advance.
- Refunds: Since our services involve professional labor and government portal interactions, refunds are generally not provided once the process has been initiated on the government server.
- Cancellations: If a client wishes to cancel a service before any work has commenced, a processing fee of 20% will be deducted.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Purna Chandra Achary, pcachary.in/, and GST Suvidha Centers shall not be liable for:
- Any direct, indirect, or consequential loss arising from the use of the website.
- Errors or omissions in the information provided by the Government of India portals.
- Delays in processing caused by server downtime of GSTN, Income Tax Department, or Passport Seva portals.
- Loss of business profits due to a rejected GST registration or loan application.
Total Liability: In any event, our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
9. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Purna Chandra Achary and his employees/partners from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms or your violation of any law regarding GST or financial reporting.
10. THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND AFFILIATES
Our Website contains links to third-party sites (Affiliate Shop, News sites). We do not monitor or control these websites. Your use of third-party links is at your own risk. We may earn a commission from purchases made through our affiliate links at no extra cost to you.
11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND JURISDICTION
- Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of India.
