Al-Thurayya, also known as the Rainy Ones, is the 3rd Lunar Mansion which is associated with the Pleiades. The Pleiades’ principle star is Alcyone, which is also the Mansion’s determinant fixed star.

According to Pliny, Azoraye is for the acquisition of all good things. One should make a figure of a seated woman dressed in clothes, holding your right hand above her head. Suffumigate with musk, camphor, mastic gum, and aromatic.
Say: “O Annuncia, make [request the good you desire] to happen”

Looking at my free Lunar Mansions Ephemeris, we can see that the Moon will be in the 3rd Lunar Mansion between 21 and 22 of February 2026.

We can see that the Moon is rising and conjunct the Ascendant in the 3rd Lunar Mansion. Note that this election is location specific. Due to the difference in location, adjustments in time will need to be made to put the Moon on the Ascendant at your location.
The Moon is essentially dignified by Exaltation and is not afflicted by conjunction, opposition, or square aspects of the malefics Mars and Saturn.
