As expected this Mercury retrograde period has been Problematic & Annoying! It’s the clash between Mars and Uranus in Gemini, pushing for innovation, while Mercury in Cancer is all about the settler egregore. It’s homey. Stick with your family and your roots!
Speaking as someone with planets impacted by this, the affect has been profound. I want to warn my peers; the real crush is incoming.
Mercury is now within orb of Saturn in Aries (detriment). Saturn is stationing at 14 degrees. Mercury will retrograde back to 16 degrees, before turning direct on the 23rd.
To be clear, both planets will be slowed and squared off. Max potency. These are Cardinal signs and not given to compromise. It’s a different kind of “stubborn”.
When dealing with Saturn, it’s always best you do the right thing, regardless of the crushing difficulty or the level of your fear. It’s the “school of hard knocks”. You go through it and you do not cheat.
Time management will be a thing for the rest of the month. Keep your commitments, fulfill your contracts and such. Expect to meet resistance and have to push through obstacles. Careful with your words, or perhaps words are at some kind of premium.
This will unwind at the end of the month. I sigh with relief at the thought of it!
