Uranus harmonizes with Neptune for a sprinkle of magic, transcendent innovation or a hint of the “impossible.” Technology and pure logic integrate with spirituality, dreams and compassion. Choices and information sparkle with fantastic possibilities.
This is a lovely influence and while the harmony of the sextile ensures you can easily work with this, you will have to take that first step – the sextile is an aspect of potential and must be activated. Neptune’s Rx status helps you zero in on a specific portion of this new goal and if you’re in the process of seeing through an illusion, Uranus’ clarity will make this direct and fairly painless.
This sextile is part of a larger configuration involving the applying Jupiter/Pluto opposition which forms trines/sextiles to the Uranus/Neptune sextile. It’s a rare and rather significant pattern that’s building now and reaching its height on July 20th. You may have heard it referred to as Barbault’s Basket or a Cradle. I will write more about this in a few days, but consider today as a preview – the Leo Moon briefly pings the consolidating cradle, filling in for Jupiter.
This will give you an idea of what the cradle/basket might offer- a moment of pride/creative power reaches a peak as you’re pushed to innovate, manifest the dream, reach for your full potential. The opposition can feel uncomfortable because it will threaten you with the spectre of loss or irrelevance. But discomfort will be the catalyst that gets you moving and hopefully encourages you to make the most of the Uranus/Neptune sextile.
