Your Team Is Small. Your L&D Workload Isn’t.
You’re expected to onboard hundreds of new hires on a tight deadline, train frontline employees without a personal device, and turn a subject matter expert’s raw slides into something a learner can actually finish, often with no network of peers to compare notes with. The iSpring L&D Launch Bootcamp is a free two-week program built around exactly these three challenges.
Workshop Schedule
- Workshop 1 (Oct 13, 10:00–11:30 a.m. EDT): Mass onboarding under tight deadlines; building an effective process for seasonal workers, interns, and project teams, and where LMS automation can cut manual work.
- Workshop 2 (Oct 15, 10:00–11:30 a.m. EDT): Training deskless workers; making training accessible without a permanent workstation, supporting on-the-job training, and using shared devices.
- Workshop 3 (Oct 20, 10:00–11:30 a.m. EDT): Working with SMEs; setting clear requirements, structuring collaboration, and building a repeatable content workflow.
Beyond the workshops, the bootcamp includes a networking session where you can compare approaches with other L&D and instructional design professionals facing similar challenges. Plus, participants get access to iSpring LMS, including a test environment, to see how to implement and automate these approaches firsthand.
Who Should Attend
- L&D specialists and learning managers
- Training managers
- Instructional designers
- Anyone who owns employee learning as part of a broader role
You’ll leave with workshop materials, templates, and checklists you can bring back to your work, a look at how these approaches run inside iSpring LMS, and a certificate if you complete the optional learning path and assignments.
Join us from October 13–22 for three real-world case studies, one networking event, and tools that you can use right away.
